What Dialects Need From Binding

There's a little twist that we want special instructions in the specifier chain related to "overbinding" to be swapped out with instructions related to "hole punching". This will affect some things here and there.

I don’t get this… why would ‘hole punching’ need any change to how specifiers work? I thought that getting ‘hole-punching’ behaviour is simply a side-effect of how FUNC creates a new environment.
